Williamson County (Franklin, Spring Hill, Brentwood) runs its own program through the Williamson County Department of Sewage Disposal Management, 1320 West Main Street, Suite 411, Franklin, phone (615) 790-5751. The county enforces its own septic regulations.
Applications are filed online through the county's plan portal. The county publishes $550 for an alternative system permit. It does not post the conventional permit fee, so ask when you apply. There is an after hours emergency line at (615) 595-1293.
